The song is “Je te perdrai” (I will lose you) by Hélène Segara. The lyrics are extremely cheesy, repetitive, and sometimes barely comprehensible. Here's a quick & dirty quick translation; if there are lines that don't make sense in English, trust me, they don't make sense in French either.
Also, despite being born and raised in France, she speaks (or at least sings) French with a subtle but noticeable accent: her vowels and diphtongs are a bit off. It might just be a local dialect, but it sounds “foreign” to me.
