Problem-solving skills

So how do you figure we can make sure that people don't miss this giant mound of snow that we've collected here?

Gee, I don't know, lemme think. Uuh ... how about if we maybe paint it day-glo orange?

    LMAO, looks like something that some of the Irish local authorities would do at the moment, they are on a 'work to rule' strike, which means they will not do anything that is outside normal duties or answer phones, which is pretty much what goes on anyway
