Yes, it's a pair. They belong together. Can't have just one of these.
For scale, here's one of them in my hand.
They belong to my uncle, they're souvenirs of his adventurous youth far from home.

Vi har en vinner! Det er nettopp det det er. Ørene til en spermasetthval. :-D
Onkel (nå 80 år) var hvalfanger i sørishavet i sin ungdom og dette er to av suvenirene han har samlet på siden den gang. Stilig er ordet. :-)

They are the ears of a sperm whale.
One of my uncles (now 80 y.o.) was a whale hunter on a whaling ship in the Antarctic Ocean as a young man, and these are a couple of the souvenirs he still has of those days.
