He did say it ... but he was provoked ... ;-) The situation's described in the post above this one. Poor guy - he thought his one most important job was to keep the union together, and he failed. He never got over it. He wasn't shot, though, fortunately. He died of a broken heart. :-) Seriously, he did - let's see if I can find the quote - the dissolution of the union has given my heart a wound too deep for healing. And he died only two year after we deposed him. Aw, poor guy. :-( We didn't mean it like that ... :-(
