LMAO, looks like something that some of the Irish local authorities would do at the moment, they are on a 'work to rule' strike, which means they will not do anything that is outside normal duties or answer phones, which is pretty much what goes on anyway
That must be so annoying to everyone else ... !!! So, mission accomplished for the municipal workers, I guess. o_O
